On the muzak system at our local Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant last night: Christmas carols.
Thanksgiving used to be one of my favorite holidays. Anymore it just means a day you get off work to put up Christmas decorations and plan your holiday shopping the next day.
Me, I'll be cooking a turkey and baking a pumpkin pie and thinking about Pilgrims and gratitude on Thursday.
Well, I'll be baking the pie on Wednesday and eating it on Thursday.
